Frequently asked questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They open their card from a link or by scanning your sign. On Android they can save it to Google Wallet; on iPhone, to the home screen.

What does the free plan include?

Everything, up to 50 customers and with no time limit. When you reach 50, you have 7 days to pick a plan. No credit card needed to start.

Do I need special hardware to scan?

No. Use your phone or tablet camera from your panel. If the customer doesn’t have their phone, find them by name or number.

What if a customer changes phones or loses their card?

They enter the same phone number when joining again and get their card back with all their stamps.

What’s the difference between a barber and a staff member?

A chair-renting barber has their own card, customers and rewards, and costs $7 a month. A front-desk staff member only scans, redeems and handles bookings, and is free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your panel and you won’t be charged again.

Does it work in English?

Yes. Everything is in Spanish and English, and each customer sees their own language.

Will my customers get unwanted messages?

No. They only get notifications if they saved your card to Google Wallet, and at most 4 a month. WhatsApp messages are sent by you, one by one.
